Put dry rolled oats in food processor until it becomes fine I usually use 1 cup dry (unprocessed) oats as a substitute for 1 cup flour. The volume of the oats might be lower after it's ground but I didn't bother measuring by how much. Can be used for cake, brownies, quick bread, etc.
