Go to Walmart and buy some free weights. They are pretty cheap and you don't need the full set. Also, look into some work out vids too. Again Walmart stocks cheap vids. P90X I heard is good, but that's $150 bucks compared to leaving Walmart spending $40 bucks. Good luck on your goal! GOD BLESS!

I've used the Bodybugg and I liked it. I'm considering buying the newer model. I've also used the Nike+ Sportsband. It also tracks Distance ran, pace, calories, time. (Too bad it just died on me... Had it for a few years...) God Bless!

Change your work outs. I've been told a good way to break it, is to get into some other types of workouts. Muscle confusion or something like that. Hope this shed a little light. God Bless!

Yoplait Lite Yogurts - 100 calories a piece Weight Watchers Ice Creams - 130 - 160 calories a piece Fruit Chillers (By Del Monte) - 30 calories (My favorite are Cherry and Black Cherry) That's just a few things I found that are low on calories.

How is insanity working? I thought about buying the PX90/Insanity DVD sets, but I don't wanna buy "extra equipment" to work out... I take Atro-Phex, Nitrix, and N.O. Xplode NT (All from BSN) bodybuilding.com I think they work pretty good. Still have the midsection & moobs as well, but They are tightening up. Good luck &…

I own a bodybugg (1st generation). Great device, but at the time, I couldn't afford the 100 a year to keep it activated (was a college student lol) I liked it and would like to own one of the newer versions. I believe it is a good buy

Welcome. I know how you feel about working 12 hours. One thing I do is eat 6 meals a day (all small or balance it out to where it won't hurt my calorie count). When I get home at 7/8 at night, I have my last snack of the day while my wife eats dinner. We are still eating together, just not the same amount of meal. Now I…

Ok I don't know much about the TOM, but doesn't it make you retain more water than usually? But don't know if water weight can make a huge impact (maybe it can). From your diary, I see that you do need to drink more water.. (probably are, just forgetting to log it). Sorry hun... Next week will look better. Good luck!

You are all awesome! Thanks for the many requests and adds!

Welcome fellow Texan! :drinker: Good luck on your journey!

Cheapest way is lots of cardio. Will take a little time, but it's worth in the end. Good luck!

You are really not suppose to weigh yourself everyday. You weight can and will fluctuate throughout the week depending on what you eat and your activity. Try once a week. But remember to log your activity and what you eat. You'll learn what works and what doesn't, what's good/bad, etc. Good luck!

Forgot to state, you may wanna take it easy. Gotta keep that leg elevated to heal faster.
-
Interesting... Once that ankle heals, break the other! lmao jk I don't wish that on you. Hope for the best on a speedy recovery!

Congratulations! Other than some exercise and good eating habits, I can't help much. I'll ask my wife what she did. She just had our first 6 weeks ago and she's almost back to her pre-birth weight.

Welcome! Good luck with your weight loss!!! Just remember to hit the track running and don't look back . Always research your eating before you eat it. (Sucks at first, but with time, you'll know what's good for you and what isn't).

Too many different things lol. I listen to all types of music (rap/hip-hop, house, country, classical, tejano, and even a little polka) Pandora is a real big help. Lately I've been catching up to my podcasts I listen to on Stitcher Radio. Found it to keep me moving and not thinking about how much time is left on the…
