Nov 1- 177 Nov 6 - 175 Nov 21 - 174 Looks like I won't hit my goal but at least it's not going up. Would like to release 5lbs a month for 6 months. So if I can get to 172 by Dec 1, that would be awesome. Cooking most meals and getting some exercise, though not enough.

Why would you listen to him or take anything he says seriously? I would listen to my trainer, since you are paying them to be knowledgeable and push you in the right direction. Also, I would ask my trainer what he/she thinks. Forget this loser.

Thanks for the motivational quote! About to do Day 1 and planning on going to a few exercise classes tonight. I am excited to see the results of doing this every day. Anyone have an idea of the calorie burn from level 1? I have read about 180 for a 170lb woman?

I'm in. Just started level 1 again. I am trying to figure out how to track it in MFP. I have no idea how many calories I have burned and it doesn't fit into any of the categories. Any ideas?

Any way to calculate approximately how many calories it burns? Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools

Thanks for clarifying this. I wish there were better instructions about whether to do it every day, since it is usually not recommended to do weight lifting every day. Great job! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools
