Doing good for a Monday, got a full 40 hrs plus 2hrs overtime last week, very good.... we've been cut back to 32hrs for 3 yrs now, its rare to get more, so it made a great week, and family weekend, still got in gym on Sunday afternoon... Here goes another week:smile:

I've learned that I'm not alone, in my journey to good health, I have friends or MFP and I have family members on MFP, we're all on the same journey, It's up to Me and Me alone on keeping my goal...not just today, next week, next month, but the rest of my life. :smile:

I lost 3 lbs this week, started eating more to complete the full Calories for the day, and running every other night with Zumba 2 days. Very happy ...:happy:

One thing I am proud of myself for today is its been 72 days of a new life not a diet and I love to run now when before I could just bearly walk. :smile:

I lost a lb this week, total 14 lbs so far, in a little over 60 days. I started with Zumba, switched days to walking, now started jogging. I found this cool app for I phone runtastic, free app, tracks by gps miles, calories, I used it to run this morning and when I walked around Target shoping, did I say I love it...:smile:

I won't have a problem, sweets aren't my issue, I can take them or leave them.. as for parties, we're doing a Trunk or Treat at our church, so I will keep my self busy with helping out, and stay away food table. Good morning, I 'm a grandmother of 6, very active at my work and church, I just finish a week of VBS with 4 of my grandsons in tow each morning to church, help with there snack break, all 150 kids, took my grand boys home, went swimming, to Disneyland. As I said I'm very active, just can't seem to keep the weight off…

I just purchase the Zumba Package and It's awsome, I get through 20-25 mins so far and I'm out of breath... It pays for it self they are offering classes here for $5 I like doing it in my home !

Hi everyone, Just getting back on the old diet again, trying to control my thyroid med's, it's so hard. I bought the Zumba cd's, started 3 days now. I like it, I have always loved to dance, just not in public, so with a crowd of one, my cat Oreo, I'm feeling good about my self this week. I hope every has a good weekend..
