Wow. Thanks for all the replies guys. Seems binging is something a lot of us did. Just another one from me... Jumbo Sausage, Corned Beef Pasty, large Chips and a buttered bread roll from the chippy.

So glad I am not the only one who used to do these things....I am especially guilty of all the meals so far. Although remember this is a confessional booth......not Man V Food (food porn) or we're all going to go off the rails!

Yes I have always wanted one, but have never had the guts. I have been looking at designs for years and keep coming back to the same one. I decided that I will do it. Went to see the tattooist, and was ready to book it in. Had a chat with a friend when he got back off his hols who is heavily tattoo'd and worked in a shop…

Mine is open for all my friends. It's great to get meal ideas off each other. Some people are a bit mad if it worries them that someone can see what they have eaten imo.

Is anyone playing Black Mesa? All I can say is ....wow!

I find logging all my food and comparing diaries keeps me motivated. Might be worth a go, to see how well other are doing and trying to emulate them. It's also nice to see when you have made better choices than them as it's like a small pat on the back of how well you are doing. Feel free to add me if you'd like, but I am…

Thanks everyone for your replies. I feel like I have lead a sheltered life now not knowing what a chimichanga was LOL

I add 50 grams of mixed blueberries and strawberry's (they come mixed and frozen from Sainsburys). I then chop a medium banana and crush them all together with a fork until they are like a paste. I mix the oatmeal through it when it comes off the heat and it tastes great.

I had worked a late night the night before and was still in bed. I turned the TV on to sky news as I lay in bed and shortly after it all begun. It was so unreal, almost like a movie. Such a sad day.

Your welcome to add me. I like to look at diaries for ideas and have conversations. I am not very good at posting well done messages on lots of the auto-posts, as I'm too busy (just being honest) but you're more than welcome to add me mate.
-
You'll be glad you did mate. After a couple of days you don't miss it, and while you get lighter your wallet will be getting heavier.

Giving up is not an option, was just wondering why it had gone to sleep. As you said I didn't go in in six days.......it was 7. What a week that was! :)

Not an awful lot really, I have just found MFP and Endomondo has made me more focused. I have started to have porridge oats made with water every morning and this has stopped my mid morning snacks. I have also cut out all alcohol (difficult one) but seems to be helping.

Well done mate. I am 33 and topped 21 and a half stone in January. Made a half hearted attempt to drop some weight and managed about 3 stone between Jan and August. Am on it in a big way now, and MFP is really helping keep track of everything in, which before was seriously slack. Good luck mate

If you have a smartphone try Endomondo. It uses GPS to track your walks, and gives you times and elevation etc, as well as calories. I have been using it for a while and think it's ace............best bit, it's free :)
