It's been a year... I still have 34 lbs to go and I am pretty sure that's gonna take forever! But I am doing this for life so it doesn't matter how long it takes, right? Time will pass regardless, I rather have it pass while I am doing something to better myself. :)

My Starting weight was 260. After years of trying to find "the magic pill" "the magic diet" I realized that they don't exist. The beginning is hard, especially on those weeks where you don't lose any weight or you gain some back! But I am taking this ONE day and ONE pound at a time. Once the weight starts coming off....…

Lift and hydrate! And be patient... it takes time for the skin to firm up. I have lost 82 lbs and my arms and inner thighs are a bit lose but they are getting better :)

OMGosh Yes!!!! I am doing the same :) I have lost 80 lbs and I am loving how much comfortable I feel sitting at work and in my car. My posture has improved tremendously too! Congrats :) You have worked hard to here.. enjoy every second!

Yikes!!! I think I am the oldest person here! I'm 5'4" 41 years old weight 179 as of this morning. I have lost 81 lbs, I have 29 more to go to reach my goal. I haven't been too good with my food diary but I am going to change that... I know these last 29 lbs will be hard to lose so I need to pay close attention to…
