I'm 5'4" and 175 lbs. I eat 1700+ depending on how much I've done that day. Some days I burn over 3000, so those days I try to eat over 2000. You don't have any pics, so I'm not sure, but you may look smaller than you are. People genuinely think I. 20-30 lighter than I am. It sounds like you're at a point where you want muscle development anyway and that isn't weight loss, so it shouldn't be an issue anymore. Congrats on your success!

Honesty, I just push through. I'm like you. I have major cramps to the point where I throw up sometimes. I couldn't really take a whole week off every month, so I take a midol and suffer through it. It can help the pain, but not always. Some of us are just unlucky with this. I feel your pain :cry:
