I tried this diet years ago, when I was in College. I lost 3 pounds after the 3 days. I don't think I would do it again, I was very hungry all the time and I think its way below the minimum recommended calories per day.

It's hard for me to stop weighting my self every day, but I think I doesn't work for me. It just gets me very anxious. I am going to try to do it every week.
