I use HappyScale, it's a great app if you choose to weigh-in daily. Even on a bad day, it will show you your lowest weight for that week, it will calculate based on your numbers when will you be done loosing weight, and it gives you milestones, so on a bad day, it really helps by giving you the big picture.

I did it 2 years ago before our wedding. I only lost 2 pounds, but I lost 7 inches (3 from my waist), I think it is worth it! I am starting p903x with my husband today!

Thank you!!! I wore the wrong bra size for so many years!!!! I always thought I was a 36 C...I used the calculator, and last weekend went to the store to try the size the calculator gave me, and a 36 C to compare them....OMG, the calculator was right, 34 D feels and looks a lot better!

Hi!, I'll be finishing the 30DS next Monday. So far, I haven't lost that much weight, but my clothes are fitting a lot better, I feel stronger and tighter, I'll be posting my results next week. I agree! I can totally see the difference. In my opinion, you are one of the lucky ones who's body shape didnt deform-change when you were heavier. Your body had the same nice proportions, but now you are extremely fitter and slimmer, just look at your abs! You should Be proud of Yourself, You look great!

I am 5'2 and 126 pounds, my goal was 110, but now, I am thinking to change it to 115-110 depending how I feel.

For me the worst were days 2 and 3, after that it gets better. I think by day 5, 6 I wasn't sore anymore. I am currently on day 8 Level 2.
