30 day shred, Level 3 question

Hi everyone!
So I'm on Level 3 and just finished Day 7 today. Level 1, I gained inches and plateaued on weight. Stayed the same in Level 2 until then end when I literally lost 5 lbs in 2 days. 3 days into Level 3, that weight shot right back up and I'm still sitting at the same weight I was when I plateaued. My inches are back to where they were in Level 1!
Anyone have an insight? This happened pretty suddenly. I'm sure it's *probably* water, but it's just strange that it's not gone by now.
Did anyone have any gains in Level 3? If so, how long did it take to come off and did you see a huge drop? It's makin me a little nervous.

Hi! I am on day 6 Level 3....I am sure it's probably water too. I haven't gained any inches, but I feel like I can't lose weight. The first week the scale didn't move, the second I lost 2 pounds, and one inch of my waist. Level 2, I think I lost another pound, after that, nothing. I will finish level 3 next week. Even though I have only lost 3-4 pounds, I do feel a lot stronger, and I haven't seen definition in my legs since I stopped dancing years ago, so over all, I am happy.0

What is your diet like? Exercise only does so much, you have to be eating well too.0

Diet is great. Low carb/low fat, no refined sugars. 1280-1500 calories.
It was such a random weight gain but it won't leave.0
