If you burn 300 calories during exercise, you can eat them that day. So if your allowance is 1200, add the 300 you've burned..now you have a 1500 calorie allowance for the day.

I agree with your Nicholas Cage dislike. I was enjoying watching The Croods until I realized he was doing on of the voices, after which all I could think of was his "droopy" demeanor.

Instead of thinking of the weight you have been, think of each day as "day one" of your new diet. That way you have a daily target which gets reset every day in your mind.

I am 5'7" and my target weight is 150lbs so I think you look slim and healthy. I peeked at your food diary and you eat healthily. Don't obsess over a few pounds unless your normal clothes (not new ones) are getting too tight.

I started running doing the Couch to 5K running program which instructs you on how to run using baby steps via pod casts. There is a website that explains the program. This will give me even more motivation. At present my stats are SW 164 but then I gained 1lb, CW 161 and my target is 145. Got my original stone to llbs conversion mixed up previously as I thought I wanted to be 150 so will have to work a little bit harder and longer to reach 145. Good luck everyone.

Could be just the motivation I need. Currently 163lb and would like to lose 11lb by beginning December as I have a dress for a Christmas party that at the moment won't fit! Count me in because by Christmas I would like to weigh 150lb.
