"Would I be better off eating some more of my carbs in breads and stuff? " Fruit carbs are not bad, refined processed bread carbs are! Never ever feel guilty about eating fruit and don't let any one make you think otherwise! Do your research ;)

Fitnessblender.com!!! I love their workouts, husband and wife team, and they are all free!!

I agree with the others. You need to use measuring cups, measuring spoons, a food scale in order to get precise food measurements. As for macros, that is up to you, and probably best you speak with your doctor about. Some people have equal macros across the board, others go all fats, others all protein, others all carbs.…

I've been doing Raw Till 4 since April 2013 however I was deep into an eating disorder at that point so did the lifestyle, but heavily restricted. I've been doing RT4 the correct way for 41 days now and went from a severely underweight BMI to almost a healthy one. Feel free to add me as a friend so you can see my daily…

Ditto to Ab Ripper X, but you might want to look into some core specific exercises like planks!

Sometimes when I really need chocolate I snack on a few semi sweet chocolate chips. The ones I get-Guittard's are 70 cals for 30 pieces, let them melt in your mouth really slowly!

I do P90X and use a HRM-Polar FT4. The P90X guide says you will burn 600 each work out but definitely not the case and you don't want to over/underestimate!

Carbs...carbs and MORE carbs! Usually things like kettle cooked chips, and then once I have that of course I want something sweet to balance it all out..then gotta balance out that sweet with salty again...it's a vicious cycle isn't it ;)

Polar FT4 all the way! They are on sale right now too on Amazon.com for $71!

OMG Yes cake is my weakness!! When I see it something inside me just says "Feed me Seymour!". Can't hurt to treat yourself to a bite now and then as long as its within your goals like the other posters have said

I absolutely love P90X! I am already seeing a difference in my abs and legs, and my flexibility is so much better than it was before, I can touch the floor when I stretch now! If it's your first time out P90X might be a bit extreme for you, so try Power90 first and then go from there! Remember to modify, modify, modify!

 Ditto to Netflix, usually try and pick something actiony to watch when I'm on the treadmill.

I have the FT4 and love it! Don't need any gel either just make sure you get the strap really wet and you are good to go!

Same as the other ladies, always bloat and gain back a few pounds around PMS time like crazy-very frustrating, not to mention the cravings for carbs and anything else I can get my hands on!
