I have heard over and over again that the atkins bars & brownies can definitely stall you. Stay away from them at all costs. During induction, you shouldnt go over 20 g of carbs daily. For P90X - I just log it as aerobics & then also add the individual exercises I'm doing under strength. For Zumba - I'd log it as dancing. I've done zumba before & I think that's going to be a pretty accurate estimate. Keep in mind, it's all estimates.
