Do you think this is for someone who is overweight and trying to get in shape? I am overweight but can run a 12 min mile and can do various other workouts but my bad eating habits is what is making me overweight. What do you think personally? Thank you. Sonia ****man

What I do is drink hot tea and chew either peppermint or spearmint gum. After you chew those flavors you do not want to really eat. It is getting colder here also and that is what I do to help me out especially in the evenings. I hope this helps some or at least give you an idea.

Congrats on your success. How did you get the no smoking strip on there? I have just gone cold turkey and want to add that. Thanks.
