I'm up to day 5 of level 1 of 30DS and I've gone to the gym 3/5 days where I have done 20mins of cardio, as well as 2 games of indoor sports which is 30minutes of running, so I would say it's doable - I'm quite sore but no pain no gain :)

I'm like some of the others here - I weigh myself every day, if not more than once a day. I am totally weight obsessed, but being overweight my entire life has kind of made me that way - damn you societal pressure!

I'm on Day 3 of Lvl 1 - my legs are killing me! I also find the push-ups quite difficult because I broke my hand near the wrist bone in April and had two operations on it, so it's quite stiff - but I'm just working through it because if I don't I won't get anywhere!

Today was my second day, and I'm glad that it's not just me that's hurting! Doesn't help I've been gymming as well - but those lunges get me!!!
