A bit confused
So I've read some posts and a lot of them say to eat your exercise calories back... Would this still apply if I have burnt say 500 calories, to take my overall caloric intake to 1200 - or is it more important for me to eat them back if I drop below 1200? I'm not trying to starve myself to 1200, because that's silly, but…

30DS Before and After pictures :)
Okay, so... Before: I was 95.7kg (210lb), waist was 83cm (32in.) After doing 30DS spread over 45 days (I had commitments for university that involved trips away etc), and going to the gym 2-4 times a week, and playing sports twice a week, I managed to get to... 88.1kg (194lb) and waist is down to 78cm (30in.). I am looking for something relatively…

Best method to get rid of chicken wings/arm fat?!

I have such hideous chicken wings (arm fat) and I just can't get rid of it, when I was 36lbs lighter I had taken measurements of my arms, and they were not that much smaller, so that tells me that I have had them for a while... but I want them gone! Any proven methods that you guys have tried? Thanks :)

Just wondering if this would be too much exercise...
I've just started the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, and I was intending on doing this every day as well as gym up to 4 times a week, and I play indoor netball twice a week (which is a lot of running), would this be excessive or OK so long as I was keeping my caloric intake to a certain threshold? My aim is to try to lose…

Hi!
Hi everyone, I'm new - and want to get fit for [the southern hemisphere's] summer! I've lost about 13kgs since the beginning of the year so far, but seem to have hit a slump where I just can't shift any weight. So I decided that I needed to monitor my calorie intake and exercise as sometimes I feel I don't eat enough and…
