Hi everyone,
I'm new - and want to get fit for [the southern hemisphere's] summer! I've lost about 13kgs since the beginning of the year so far, but seem to have hit a slump where I just can't shift any weight. So I decided that I needed to monitor my calorie intake and exercise as sometimes I feel I don't eat enough and exercise too much, or I eat too much and don't exercise enough!
I'm 22 and a University Student, so while I can't always afford the best food, I do have some time where I try to make myself go to the gym!
