Just wondering if this would be too much exercise...

I've just started the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, and I was intending on doing this every day as well as gym up to 4 times a week, and I play indoor netball twice a week (which is a lot of running), would this be excessive or OK so long as I was keeping my caloric intake to a certain threshold? My aim is to try to lose 35lb by the end of November...
