  • something light...saltine crackers are small for serving size---5 crackers per serving(I get the unsalted tops though, watching my sodium). Looking into peanut butter celery boats for a healthier snack, or Blue Diamond whole natural almonds are good too.
  • What did you do? I'm looking to drop a lot of weight, but in a healthy fashion over time. Simply because I massively fail everytime I try to diet. And I fail big...specifics would be very helpful...thanks
