Veggie omelet.....1 whole egg + 3 whites, with whatever veggies are in the fridge. If I've got the calories to spare, a dollop of guacamole on top. :)

When I have to work late, and I've been go-go-going all day, it's really hard to resist the convenience of fast food on my drive home. My solution was to pull up the "calorie" lists of my favorite fast food joints (McD's, Subway, etc.) and highlight the items that aren't going to mess up my allotted calories for the day.…
