  • Now that you mention it, I have been drinking more of both the hot and iced teas! For ice tea, I actually buy Lipton's Cold Brewed tea bags and make sun tea. EVERYONE in my house loves it!!!

  • I am 5'2" and 52yrs old, I started at 182lbs and want to get to between 125-130 lbs. That is if my Doctor will let me. Good luck. :glasses:
