  • Try to stick to meats and veggies - you can't go wrong. There is also a cuban bread that I hear is delicious... you may have to have some of that, too, since you've saved up your calories. Enjoy!
  • Broccoli Salad Raw broccoli - stems trimmed and then florets broken into bite size pieces. Sliced mushrooms. Diced purple onion. (And, I also put diced bacon in mine) Toss all with 1/4 cup Newman's Own Light Italian Dressing. Chill for an hour before eating. Keeps for 2-3 days in frig.
