Great job! I'm starting it again tomorrow after giving up halfway through when I got ill!

I've reached my 700 minutes goal! I started out with 500 minutes and doubted I'd get there but I did that in 12 days! So I added some more and now I've reached that too! I'm going to challenge myself to 1000 minutes for september. I might get a pedometre to track the distances now. I'd love to know the miles I've done.

I did another 60 minutes over the weekend but didn't complete my goal so I'm going to add another 200 minutes to complete by the end of the month :)

45 minutes and I am so close to my goal. I've set myself a challenge to get to goal over the weekend and start again on Monday :)

I managed another 60 minutes today :) I don't think we'll make the post dinner walk as my son only had half a nap due to the workmen here and so he's grumpy and already ready for his bed!

Hi, I'm getting through the list:) It's not a strict group no. It's all about supporting each other and motivating others etc. We have an official weigh in on a monday but you can weigh anyday you like and just add your weekly loss to the group every monday. I'm sure this group will grow to be a great place for everyone…

I've done another 35 minutes tonight. It's slipped into the evening routine much easier then I thought it would. The kids are enjoying an after dinner walk and it seems to be wearing them out too! Not sure how we'll cope if it rains though!

I just found an app for my phone that reminds me on the hour to get a glass of water so today I've been drinking loads!

You'll get there, this is just a little bump on the way. And you've realised it so you have time to turn it around now before it gets bad again. I looked at your diary. I would try and eat a bigger healthy breakfast to stop so much morning snacking. Is it possible for you to not keep the Haribo etc so easily accessible?

I did 40 minutes today. I was worried I'd not make my target but it's been easier then I thought so far. I've decided I'm going to count anything over 10 minutes continuous walking so the quick trip to the school, shop or nursery won't be added. I want the more mind full decisions to walk to count.
