I love how heavy lifting completely changes your shape. Incredible job! Kudos to a support crew to helping you achieve all your goals and giving you the time to train and be AWESOME.

Your results were very similar to what I had when I did Whole 30 in March. It completely changed my relationship with food! after a few "hangry" days, it really wasn't that bad. What do you plan to do now? Are you continuing to eat whole foods? Did you excersize as well, or just stick with the nutrition?

I am starting this program on July 21. What did you think of it?

You look fantastic. Do you lift heavy things? It appears you're a solid 155 of muscle!

I've lost 35 lbs, had a baby, and now 6 months post partum I'm 9 lbs less (44 total from heaviest) than I was when I found out I was pregnant. I only have had success by going 100% sugar/ gluten free. Lots of fruits, veggies and meat. I am now 5'6, 144 lbs. I work out 6 days a week to lose, and have to stay diligent to…

T25 with Shaun T is a great workout. it's only 25 minutes and really is a good workout. I'm in the same boat as you. Just had a baby 5 months ago and work full time. It's hard to fit in a much longer workout than 30 minutes. I have done Insanity and P90X and thought T25 would be too easy (ha!) but I have been happy with…

I did insanity last fall. The first month I gained 5 lbs, and read that several others had the same issue due to muscle building and water retention because you're working them so hard. After recovery week, during month 2 I lost 11 lbs for a loss of 6 pounds over all and 9 inches. Stick with it, you're halfway there.

I just had my surprise baby 3 weeks ago and used mfp to keep me aware of the choices I made for foods. I found I ate an insane amount of sugar and adjusted that to healthier choices. I would say don't count calories, don't weigh yourself at home, and keep active. I ran 2 1/2 marathons and did insanity until 30 weeks along…

try new balance minimus shoes. Same idea w/o looking so stupid :)

the only hold-ups with obstacels are waiting for ppl to move through, they are not difficult at all. Work on Hill Runs. I did one last June in Ohio and the first 1.25 miles were straight uphill. of course the middle mile was a down hill mudslide, which can't really be trained for :) the top finisher of that weekend…

definitely coconut oil. i can't stand not washing my hair after a workout, and coconut oil keeps my hair moisturized for a few days.

I did her program last summer. I don't have any pics but i noticed a few small differences in my arms and shoulders especially. The only reason I didn't like it was some of the awkward exercises in a co-ed gym were a little uninspiring. good luck. Oh, Use HEAVY weights for the best results. no mamsy pansy 5lbs dumbbells or…

I have recently discovered I have PCOS and trying to figure out how to deal with it. I have lost 25 lbs in the last year, so slowly it frustrated me to no end. Now that I know a little bit more about PCOS it seems I'm pretty fortunate to have lost this much. I am trying to configure my diet as I have tried everything from…

I just finished insanity and only saw a 6 lb loss, but 7.5 inches lost as well. I didn't see any results until month 2 but consistently logged calories. I am 5'5 140lbs. I was definitely hoping for the miraculous, infomercial type results, but i'm ok with what i got instead. I did over 2x's better on my final fit test than…

I am so glad to have found this board. Here I am about ready to quit after my 4th week because I've gained 3 pounds and all skin feels tight. So glad to hear others have had this problem with gaining weight and muscle soreness. I will keep pushing on. Month 2 here I come!

We have similar stats, I don't look like you, but you look AMAZING! Honestly, I see a difference in definition more than size( your shoulders, abs and legs). And your tan looks nice too :)

So, I'm out of shape. I'm so glad there is a time ticker at the bottom or I don't know if I could finish it! holy, that was hard.

I am 5'5" and currently at 145 also. I started at 165 last October and was 135 at my lowest. I am currently on a mission to lose at least another 10 lbs. Although my current pictures are better than they were last year, I an not happy with where I am now. Be kind, the pictures are for my motivation as well as yours to keep…
