i let myself eat what i want. some days i go over my calories, other days i go under. last night i had breyers cookies and cream ice cream. the more i deprive myself, the more i tend to want it. its all about serving size...

i eat 1500 a day. my son will be a year old next month, and my supply is well established so i am not to worried about it hurting my milk. i kinda think it all depends on your body. i have some friends that have to eat a lot just to help maintain their milk supply!

Thank you! i think i will get it :) i already run, and eat good so i hope that helps me. i need to lose the rest of my baby weight. my stomach, and sides are the areas i want to lose the most in. thank you so much for your input! :)

im new here too! i had my baby in june and its time to lose some weight!! i need a weight loss buddy!! im the type of person who needs constant reminder that im dieting or else ill sneak a cookie in LOL also i give in to temptation easily. but ive been doing the 30DS so hopefully...
