I don't drink any dairy. I recently discovered I'm lactose intolerant, so I swapped to almond milk and coconut milk. These have WAY less calories, especially if you buy the unsweetened.

I have 3, a great dane, a german shepherd, and a dachshund. They all think its play time when I start to work out. It's even more fun since I work out with the Xbox kinect and it will sense the dogs walking in front of it. I usually put my pups outside, but we have a fenced in yard.

I'm thinking of doing keto again, and this sounds awesome! Wish I had this the first time, would have help break up the monotony. I got frustrated with it because I felt like I ate meat all day every day.

My name is April. I live in Hayden. I have been a member of MFP since last year, but didn't start using it until June of this year. I have lost a total of 47 lbs (37 on MFP). Currently doing a ketosis (Paleo) diet. I finished C25K back in Sept. and have been working on Bridge to 10k. War Eagle!!!!!!!!

I have been eating bacon or ham for breakfast; steak, hamburger, bacon as meat for lunch, and same for dinner. I do salads with full fat ranch. If you fix you steaks on the stove, put a little REAL butter in the pan. Real butter has 0 carbs. I add goat cheese in moderation to steaks, feta cheese to salads, and slice cheese…

I started the keto diet this week and I have lost a total of 5.3 lbs. I have been doing a low cal diet since June, and had lost weight but started to plateau. It has been a rough week trying to get use to the new diet, but I'm excited about the results and I'm going to stick with it.

Yummo! That is what I'm missing on this ketodiet. I miss pasta. I will try that. Have to be careful with pasta sauce, it can be high in carbs.

Almond milk is really good, also Coconut milk (not the canned kind) is pretty good.

Fruits and veggies that are in season will be cheaper. Grapes are in season, and you can make snack bags of those to grab on the go.

Water is very necessary. If it's very dark (like almost amber color), go to your doctor. If its more of highlighter yellow, you are okay, but if it worries you call your doctor. Remember to keep hydrated while working out. I drink any where from 64 oz to 96 oz a day depending on how much I do.

Baked Apples from skinnytaste.com are amazing. We make them a couple of times a week. We cut the recipe in half since there is only 2 of us.

LOL, I still have not accomplished edible brownies. I can bake anything else, but brownies are a mystery to me. I :heart: this thread. I have copied a couple already that i want to try next week.

I'm 5'2 and my ultimate weight goal is 115 lbs. I am hoping to reach this by August 8, 2012. That will be my 3 year wedding anniversary.

I've been running and doing 30DS. I think I sweat more with Jillian in those 25 minutes than I do in my 30+minute runs. She's a maniac!

I'm still here, but been doing my own thing since I haven't seen any challenges. 30DS every other day and running in between.

I'm doing 30DS, and I do it every other day. I run on the days in between. Jillian is a little intense for me to do it every day. After the first day I thought my body was rejecting me every time I moved.
