Thank you for sharing so much of yourself with us. This whole community is truly amazing to me! I can totally identify with a lot of what you have said.I am SO ready this time.I told my husband to please bear with me over the next few weeks because I might be a bit emotional trying to work through all this without the help…

Hi there! I am a 30 year old mommy to a 3 year old girl.I work part time and stay home most of the time so I totally understand what you are going through :) Please add me as a friend or I can add you.I would love fellow mommies for support.

Thanks! You have all offered some great advice that I will start enforcing :) I do find that the more carbs I eat the more I tend to crave them.I also find that when I am in the house I have food on my mind.So I will get out with my daughter more.So much to take in and process! This is fantastic. Thanks again.

Blueberries are one of my favorite things to add to oatmeal.Another one I do is mix unsweetened applesauce and cinnamon and a little maple syrup and it taste kinda like healthy apple pie!

Thanks! Maybe I just haven't figured out how to use all the tools available to me.I am determined to figure it out though!

Well I am a 36 DDD And I do jogging sprints with walking VERY fast inbetween. You just need to invest in a VERY good sports bra.And my boobs are natural, not implants because that does make a difference when support and weight come into play.
