No, :( I did start taking a new supplement that is supposed to help but I haven't noticed much of a difference. It's called inositol.

I haven't had an HSG, but I've taken four rounds of Clomid and only one of them resulted in ovulation. I'm moving onto Femara which I'm hoping is more successful!

I believe a clean diet is what helps me the most. It doesn't matter if I'm wheat free or dairy free... sugar free however, whole different ball park. I notice a huge difference in how I feel if I'm not eating processed sugar and the weight comes off much quicker.

I was putting it in my smoothies, but I'm actually TTC'ing right now and I've read that it's not good when you are using fertility drugs because it can cause imbalances. It doesn't taste like anything really.

Me too. My husband finally agreed to get on board with trying, but my GYNO said I will likely have problems conceiving because of my history with PCOS. She did say that even 5-10% of my weight will help increase my chances of actually getting pregnant. I would love to be friends if you want to add me!
