  • I have Lindt Dark Orange Chocolate or Lindt Intense Dark Mint Chocolate everyday with my coffee in the morning. It is probably the one thing that keeps me motivated. I am on maintenance mode now and never gave up my chocolate. I have 3 squares in the morning, however I exercise in order to allow this indulgence.

  • I did the one called diet4idiots. I call it the peanut diet because you eat alot of those. I lost about 10-15 pounds on it, then found this website and quit the idiot diet the next day and continued to loose weight on this site in a healthy way.   • I work out everyday except Sunday in order for me to have my 2 cups of coffee with 2 tbsp of hvy cream and 2 squares of Lindt Intense Mint Dark Chocolate. I do this daily. When I didn't, I would over indulge on my cheat days, so I budget it into my daily calories and I am a happy girl.
