I just joined this group today. Had both of my knees replaced 8 years ago. Shortly after I lost 55 # and have gained 35# back. I'll be 62 this fall and want to get back on track, but need support from others who know where I am. It's good to find this group.

I did my first Whole 30 in January and was amazed by how good I felt at the end. I have tried to start twice since, but am struggleing with emotional eating. Forgive the excuse, because I know that's what it is. I would like some Whole30 Buddies here on MFP too. I have not started back yet, but know I need to.

Wow! you are such an encouragement for me. Thanks for sharing. I've just started the faithful exercise at the gym. Worked out 6 days this week. I'm hoping I can give a similar report in 6 to 12 months.

I'm right with you all. I've been tracking faithfully for 2 weeks (just getting back on track after a rough fall) and have worked out 6 days in a row with no loss yet, but I know that if I persevere it will come. Right now I just feel proud of myself for being faithful in tracking and only having one day over on calories.…
