You have to just WANT it....when you WANT it bad enough....you'll get up and go. Try putting your alarm clock on the other side of the room so you have to get out of bed hit snooze or to shut it off and put your workout clothes on and kill it at the gym. Good luck!!

I agree with the above posters. I swim a few days a week, but I also do many other cardio and strength activities. Have you thought about switching it up a bit?....your body may be use to the swimming and just needs to have a shake up in the routine. Don't give it up totally just maybe once or twice a week and do some…

Congrats on your weight loss so far! It is hard work and you have shown yourself you CAN do it! Maybe really switch things up.....load up on veggies, fruits, legumes, nuts, seeds, berries and lean proteins. Stay away from the processed crap---it's so bad for you. Make sure to drink your water!!!!! And last, move your body…
