Curious if any of you have any experience with the product My Zone. My health club is going to be offering this to our members and is requiring all its instructors to take part. Second Chance for my FITBIT

Hump Day 12/11
Hey all you streakers!!!!!! Did you get your extra mile in today? We are almost half way--yeah time flies!!!! I got my mile in today on the erg....I miss running, but the erg was definitely a different workout for me. I am sure my arms will remind me tomorrow morning. Streak on!!!!

Runners....5K and beyond
Question for seasoned runners....I am able to run a pretty good 5K, but I want to go further in distance. It doesn't seem as easy as just going out and running. Question for runners
When I am running on the treadmill I am able to sustain a 6mph pace, however when I hit the road it plummets. Any suggestions on how to increase speed and sustain it for road running?

HRM and swimming
I swim a few times a week, but have not worn my HRM during these workouts. Has anyone here worn theirs swimming and was everything ok with the strap and watch after the workout? I am aware they are water resistent....I have a Polar model. Thanks for any feedback. M

Couldn't get heart rate up...

I have been using Chia seeds in my smoothies, for so many of their health benefits. I also know people use them in recipes. What do you use your Chia seed with or in.....other than growing hair on a bald guy or hair on a bald animal :happy:

How would you input on your journal a Strength/Cardio class?
On Wednesday mornings I take an intense, 1 hour strength/cardio small group PT class. It is circuit training and running. Its a great workout and really makes you sweat---love it!! However, I am not sure how to input it on my journal. I don't see and option in the pull-down menu for a class like that. Any suggestions?
