Pre-Workout Foods

I usually have a banana on my way into the gym at 4:45 in the morning. I eat light. Getting a little bit bored of the banana.

What do you eat pre workout --- looking for light and quick.

    I like a banana too...but yogurt covered blueberries (Sun Maid) are good too for a quick early morning pre-workout boost!

    I'm an AM gym person too and I have a banana also. I hate eating that early and force it down, but I feel the difference when I don't have some fuel.
