How would you input on your journal a Strength/Cardio class?

On Wednesday mornings I take an intense, 1 hour strength/cardio small group PT class. It is circuit training and running. Its a great workout and really makes you sweat---love it!! However, I am not sure how to input it on my journal. I don't see and option in the pull-down menu for a class like that. Any suggestions?

I would just create in new entry in cardio the says "Strength/Cardio small group PT class". If you are using a HRM, you can just record the minutes and calories burned. If you don't use a HRM, I really recommend using one because it is the most accurate way to tell how many calories you have burned.0

I'd log that under caradio as circuit training, probably.0
