My Zone

Curious if any of you have any experience with the product My Zone. My health club is going to be offering this to our members and is requiring all its instructors to take part. I am looking for any and all feedback...good or bad. There is not much out there explaining it in detail.

    I know this is late but MYZONE® is amazing! I love it and use it every workout!
