Thanks! :) I really switch up my routine....cardio (swimming, tennis, running, elliptical, biking, hiking) and yes, I do strength too. The two of them together are so important. Lots of squats, lunges etc.

You are correct Steph....I think it helps others to see "you" living healthier rather than being told "you" should.

Don't throw in the towel......If you want it bad enough you will figure it out. Start with what the other posters have mentioned. Log what you eat and don't leave out anything---that would only be cheating yourself. Be true to yourself! Maybe you will see via your log that you aren't eating properly. Also, water, drink…
