Taco Tuesday here too. Also with 99% lean turkey and minus the taco seasoning on my portion(too much sodium) Small flour tortilla, meat, onion and cheese pressed in the panini maker for easy quesadillas.

I menu plan so I can usually tell you what I'm having for dinner about a month out. Tonight is Cheesy Black Bean Burritos with Pico de Gallo and Guacamole.

I feel better when my dinner is lighter, but it doesn't always work out that way and it doesn't seem to have any impact(yep couldn't decide on effect or affect) on weight loss.

I'm 5'8" started at 248, currently 208.5 and I've gone down 2 sizes.

I keep looking for this bread in my area, I didn't know to look in the freezer section though. You've given me new hope that I may find it.

I have looked at looked for lower sodium bread and have not been successful. It's extremely frustrating. The lowest I can find in my area is a nine grain bread and has 115 mg per slice. I've pretty much resigned myself to having to try my hand at making my own bread.

I eat a good amount of fruit and still come in well under MFP sugar goal for the day. My personal aim is 60g, MFP gives me 95g. I love my store brand Diet Grapefruit. I bought it grudgingly when my store did not have Diet Squirt and I found I liked it better. It's more grapefruity than the Squirt.

The fact that I have to specify unsweetened for any of the drinks doe irritate me. Not enough to stop me from going to Starbucks, but I do find it annoying. My go to drinks right now are a tall Americano or a venti unsweetened iced Green Tea.

My understanding is that it takes time to rebuild iron levels. Three weeks just may not have been long enough? Is his doctor periodically checking his iron levels to make sure they are rising? I've never been severely anemic, but even with mild(?) anemia it took at least a month if not longer for me to start feeling better…

I take pictures and snapchat my food all the time. I love food pictures so a meal picture thread would be great.

I just did this and was shocked at how much my calorie goal changed. It dropped by 200 calories. I thought that MFP automatically did this as you logged your weight change, but obviously not. Of course since I was still losing weight at the higher calorie per day, I bumped it back up to that.
