How Do I Change My Sodium Setting?
At one point I found a guide that told me how to go in and manually adjust the settings in my food diary and I was able to set my sodium levels lower. Then I change my calorie goals and the sodium went back to it's default and I can't remember how I found the manual settings function. Can anyone help me?

Is Anyone One Else Taking Ramipril?
I just started taking medication for high blood pressure last night. My doctor put me on 5mg of Ramipril. So far today I'm just dealing with some nausea. I'm hoping it doesn't get worse.
