I didn't give in either and now this morning I did not feel it necessary to make cupcakes for breakfast, so apparently my body didn't really "need" a cupcake since I'm no longer craving it.

Posting your weight like that is just begging for the exact responses you got. Did you really want everyone on your friends list to agree that yes you look huge now and should certainly do something about those 10 pounds? I'm pretty sure you did not want those responses either.

Just keep in mind when making that conversion that WW figures in your 6-8 servings of fruits and veggies on top of your Daily Points, so your conversion from points to calories will be lower than what you need to eat by at least a couple 100 calories. For me it was around the 50 pound mark that people really started noticing and commenting. Then the constant commenting from people got kind of annoying. :tongue:

On the rare occasion I have a McDonald's french fry it makes me giddy with food joy and pizza on occasion has made me close my eyes and sigh in contentment.

Where are your meetings? The whole fruit/veggie 0 point issue has never come up at mine. I just don't believe if people are honest with themselves that fruit and veggies are causing them to gain weight. It's just yet another excuse people use to not face the facts that they are overeating.

I know it wasn't really the question, but the debate you are trying to start is so predictable. Who cares if other people think breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The myth was probably started by the breakfast cereal companies. My anecdotal evidence that breakfast is important is working in a middle school…
