Is going over in protein an issue?

Bumping this one. I decided to go for a hrm and have to choose btw these two. Main aim is to lose weight while improving my level of fitness and strength performance. I usually cycle, use ellipticals and lift, but I am also committed to start running and will embark in the c25k. What do you think it is best? Any feedback…

Don't take in personally, but I find seeing so many people that need to flavour water to drink it, rather shocking, Is this the result of the sugary crap, fizzy drink era? We are made of the darn thing, and it is tasteless, how can someone not like it?

When I read your story it sounded much like me... I am an investment banker and have been for 10 years now: the first years of 100/120 h weeks really killed my body. Now recovering is very hard, make the lifestyle change as soon as you can!
