I love the gym...I belong to three of them for very different reason! One is a boxing gym that I just can't get enough, one is a gym with my personal trainer (it's a functional fitness gym, kinda looks like what a crossfit box would), and one is a regular gym where I switch it up between my favorite classes the moment and…

Faceplanted. The. Entire. Month. Alas, today was a new day and I gave away all the goodies in the house and shoveled show for an hour because the gym was closed. I'm guessing my neighbors would love it if the gym closes everytime it snows- they would come home to a clean driveway just because I'm trying to fit in my…

My top fav breakfasts: Whole Wheat English Muffin with two egg whites and toasted with a slice of gouda or pepperjack or sliced avacado. Yes. Kodiak wheat pancakes pan-fried with coconut oil and with either bananas sliced and cooked in or sliced almonds and shredded coconut. Greek yogurt, mixed berries, coconut, sliced…

Trader Joes has some pretty awesome seasoning varieties- my favorites: 21 Season Salute, Lemon Pepper and Everyday Seasoning.

^^^This^^^ list is money. I pay for a personal trainer and a membership at a boxing club....a combination of these workouts on this list is what we do all the time. Good luck!

I third the lean protein! What really works for me is a breakfast 'sammich' composed of two egg whites, english muffin (Thomas 100 calorie Triple Health) and either a slice of melted cheese or 1/2 avocado and a small portion of fruit - usually some berries or small apple. This combination keeps me full for hours and makes…

I personally love love love breakfast foods. I always eat breakfast because I can work and think better with something in my belly...keeps me satisfied and not thinking about food until I have time to take a lunch at work. I enjoy it. Bfast: 2 egg whites on a whole wheat english muffin with 1/2 avocado or slice of gouda cheese. oatmeal (plain old fashioned or steel cut from the bulk bins at whole foods, not the packaged stuff) with add-ins- either a banana, pumpkin/pumpkinpie spice/maplesyrup, apples/cinnamon, shredded coconut/slivered almonds, dried…

I always buy extra firm, drain it and cube it, season with salt and pepper and either bake in the oven w/ bbq sauce, cook in frying pan and dip it in sauces or mix with other things like stifry veggies and sauce. Two great vegetarian bloggers have posts on the best ways to cook tofu: www.dailygarnish.com and…

I admit. I'm a snackasaurus. My meals are pretty good most days but those snack add up...I've been trying to do better and keeping an open diary helps me a little bit to put a second thought to..well, seconds and thirds and fourths of snacks. We can all do it together! Sending request now!

6 Days a week...3 days boxing, 1 day running/weights, 1 day zumba/weights, 1 day integrative yoga. This is a standard week- sometimes it gets a little switch up but this is the norm for me and I love it!

I would take an Immodium before any of my races or long runs on the weekends. Not kidding!

I workout 6 days a week and am full of encouragement and support of others - feel free to add me if you'd like - I'm also 34yo and looking to lose a total of…

my instructor always starts the class with "everyone get in your bubble before we begin"...meaning we dance in our own bubble and nobody can see us...just keep on moving. i've been doing zumba for years and can tell you that one day you will get it and you will know the steps to the songs that your instructor plays and…
