Boxing! Love it. Obsessed. I've only been doing it a couple months but I can really see more results - especially on my core and upper body. More results than any other workouts I've done in the past which include: Spinning, Yoga, Running, TRX, Zumba, BodyPump and pilates

Moving Comfort's Maia is great for big boobies;) When I started running, I started researching because it was such an uncomfortable situation in my Target Bra. I found the Maia bra at the running store for $60..after falling in love with it- trust me- it has covered underwire so no uniboob, super flattering, compresses, no…

Old Navy is the worst for me with their sizing! All of my jeans in my closet are a size 8....with the exception of 4 pairs from Old Navy- they are a 12. Funny thing is that their workout capris I own are a Small. SMH.

What personally works for me is group fitness classes...I treat them like appointments I can't break. I decide on Sunday evening which classes work best for my week ahead and I schedule them, no excuses....how do I keep from getting bored? Keep them in rotation and keep them challenging. I used to love Zumba but it became…

Best sports bra for large tatas, flattering, no uni-boob, comfortable and provides more than enough support for running, boxing, jumping, whatever- Maia from Moving Comfort. Hands down. They are under $30 on Amazon but over $60 at the running store....I learned that the hard way. Ha.

I used this site all the time before I purchased my Garmin- it is a great tool!

Weight training, Zumba, Boxing- Boxing being my favorite right now! This past year I have fallen in and out of love with Spinning, Yoga, TRX, and BodyPump, too.. I tend to add in some jogging, lots of walking and bike riding on any given day but I don't consider these my main source of fitness each week.

Truly amazing! Congratulations and way to go!

In my personal opinion and with my personal experience, yes, I believe it does. I really noticed today when I logged my elliptical time and it gave me credit for over 570 calories burned in 45 minutes. The machine gave me credit for 475 and my BodyBugg gave me credit for 390. Out of all three, I believe the BodyBugg to be…

I'm right there with you sister....your first two sentences describe me to a 'T'! This is most…

I've been obsessed with boxing for a couple months! love love love it! I don't think I've ever sweat so much during a workout. My secondary favorites: Zumba & BodyPump. I used to really like Spinning and Yoga but it's been quite a while since I've been to either of those classes..

I have the same problem:( I took charge last year and made my own at home and saved lots of calories and money:) Here's the recipe I used- except I used skim milk and sometimes I added sugar-free vanilla syrup flavoring instead of just equal to sweeten it:) http://www.loveveggiesandyoga.com/2011/09/pumpkin-spice-latte.html…
