I have a mixed schedule, so I either get up at 5am (which is not easy) or come home after work and eat dinner and chill and then go to the gym at 8pm (which is not easy either). Sometimes both. Just pick what works. And unless its totally raining outside, I do a quick 20 min walk at lunch.

diet crème soda, cherry tomatoes, dark chocolate, high protein hot chocolate, vanilla lotion and candles... sometimes the smell is enough

I give myself a weekly goal of how many times/ much time I work out, I get a reward. I up the number of times I work out every week. New yoga mat, kayaking, ice skating, driving range, hot yoga, massage, etc.

Its not only weight loss, I've come across it in other success..... awesome job, buying a house, getting married, etc. I'm not sure if its jealously or just surprise.... I have found they come around eventually.

So far I've dropped the weight doing zero working out. I did just did my first day of slim in 6 workout, this is more for toning than anything else. I am sore! Adding Advil to the diet this week. I'd keep gaining and losing weight as quickly as i could!

I go to a burger place and get a totally fattening lettuce wrapped burger. Sometimes, you need the calories, but keep down the carbs.

get a different roommate so there isn't junk food around or unhealthy habits all around... like watching tv
