Going to a movie, sporting event, or concert with seating knowing you will have to squeeze by people. Getting the looks, and the obvious laughs (even loud enough to hear comments) about your weight.

Getting into the habit of not knowing what, or how much I eat. That is why I love MFP. Also, exercise. :-(
