Personally, I eat whenever I feel hungry. Sometimes this works out to 2 meals a day, sometimes 3, or just small snacks every once in a while. I'd say as long as you're not starving yourself early in the day (and then overindulging in the big meal at the end), then do whatever suits your fancy.

What I do is commit to going to a some group classes a couple times a week with a friend. Then I can't get out of it. ;)

The way I manage eating junk food is buying things that are in individual servings. That way it's much easier to not eat a ton of it. I take my time and fully enjoy one serving, then put the rest of the box away before I start thinking about having another one. Feel free to add me. I am on every day!
