I love it! yeah, the calorie counting sometimes sucks but most ppl are supportive and helpful. The ones who are not just make me laugh! So a plus all around. I have done JC and have been on a diet my WHOLE life... This is much easier and helps me to be accountable to myself! Add me as a friend if you want. GL!

a protein, a vegi, and a fruit... a slightly different version of a paleo diet. I am not only gf but also corn, rice, egg, and dairy free... However, due to these allergies and my change in diet, I have lost a total of 55lbs... the last 25 here on mfp in 7 months.
