tuna protein shake... even with honey, flax seed, chia seed, bee pollen, chocolate almond milk, orange juice, cocoa... Nothing helped cover the flavor nor smell of a half a can of tuna blended into my shake. I tried it again the next day just to make sure... YUCK! I may never have ahi sashimi again.

yeah, BUT i have never been rude,I actually ask all my co-workers if they want to go to the gym I am there from 3 am to 5 am... I work 2nd shift... a few have shown up but most don't and a few go twice and never make it back and my response, would love to see you there again. SO GREAT JOB to you and keep it up:)

i love squats:) but currently love leg press more... got it up to one set of 5 at 500... it tripped me out. however, I am still doing squats, just not for 2 days because my DOMS was killa! back on track.
