Unfortunately, it is too good to be true from what I have seen with my HRM and what the machines reads as a calorie burn. But with that being said, 66 minutes on the elliptical is simply AMAZING! Way to go!

All GREAT ideas, and remember you eat what you have in your fridge and in your cupboards. Have your healthy snacks at arms reach so you don't mindlessly snack on the things you are trying to avoid :)

Zip Lock Baggies are my friends :) I never leave the house or go on a trip with out a few baggies in my purse. I usually make them anywhere from 100-160 calories. You can pack raw almonds, beef jerky, apple chips, air-popped popcorn....your possibilities are endless :) have fun!
