weighed in this morning (my last weigh in was friday) i've lost 3.1 pounds over the weekend

SW 253.1 CW 245.8 GW FOR SEPTEMBER 239 ENDING GW 182 weigh in on 1st sept 245.8 did a weight this morning to see how much i've lost after a very active weekend i'm now down to 242.7, so lost 3.1 pounds over just this weekend only another 4 pounds to go to the first stone so my challenge is to hit that by friday

i've lost 7pounds in 10 days by litterally sudden change of diet went from junk food/pepsi etc into a tight regime of cerial/pasta cut back on sugar in tea and dropped the pepsi for coke zero and the weight currently is dropping off

i will give it a try but i only late night snack twice a week but thats usually when i get home from work at 1-2am does that count?
