Challenges ... Water intake - 8 glasses a day Exercise - I am walking on my treadmill every morning, but I will try to add 15 mins. of another activity for 6 days

Well, I did okay on the challenges - 3-5 veggies/fruit and the push ups were just wall push ups I did keep up my food diary, except for Sat and Sunday. Thank you all for the support! You are so right about logging your food BEFORE you eat it. I made that mistake last week. The good news is that really opened my eyes to what I am eating. And I got on the treadmill this morning before work. That seems to work better than making time in the evening. By looking at your weight…
